The Vitamin A of Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0

Posted by Getyour90.com

As I learn about vitamin supplements,  I've found it interesting to notice the level variances of Vitamin A listed in common store-bought multi-vitamin supplements.   Many multivitamin supplements contain around 3000-5000 IU (International Units) of Vitamin A.  Now I don't claim to know much about International Units but I have learned that 1 IU of vitamin A is the same as 0.3 mcg (micro gram) of retinol or 0.6 mcg of beta carotene.(source article).

I believe I remember Dr. Wallach in his message "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" mentioning something about his belief in using a big hammer when it comes to giving our bodies large amounts of vitamins and minerals.   When I look at the supplement facts for vitamin A in Beyond Tangy Tangerine 2.0 the level of vitamin A is a massive 10,000 IU.   Now how many carrots is that?
